Anonymity Period
Q. I noticed that the most recent call for papers doesn’t mention an anonymity period. Could you please confirm whether this means that it is acceptable to submit work that has been posted as a preprint up to the submission deadline?
A. There is no anonymity period for LREC 2026. This means that authors may publish preprints of the submitted work at any time. Still it is repeated here that papers submitted for review at LREC 2026 must be anonymized. Submissions thus must not include authors’ names and affiliations.

Appendices
Q. Does the appendix count towards the page count?
A. Appendices are permitted exclusively in the final camera-ready version and are not allowed at the initial submission stage. Appendices will be considered as additional pages beyond the main paper length. The overall page limit is 10.

Limitations Section
Q. Does a Limitations section count towards the page count? Can Limitation sections be placed in the appendix?
A. A Limitations section that does not count towards the 8 page count can be included. It should be placed after the Conclusions section so that it is still possible to check that the rest of the paper still fits in 8 pages.

Rebuttal Phase
Q. Will LREC 2026 have a rebuttal phase?
A. No, LREC 2026 won’t have any rebuttal process.

Overleaf Author’s kit
Q. The overleaf link in the Author’s kit is read only. How can I use it?
A. 1. Click on “Overleaf latex template” (from author’s kit).
2. On overleaf, click Menu on the upper right corner of the page.
3. Click “Copy Project”.
4. Rename the project as you wish and select “Copy”.
5. Start Editing…
